Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Guardian Outfitters.  We know you will be satisfied with your new purchase. If for some reason you need a refund or exchange, please read below and follow all instructions.

Guardian Outfitters will gladly accept a return and provide a refund as long as the item has not been worn or washed.  No exceptions!!!!  Returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days from the original shipment date. 

REFUNDS:  Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Guardian Outfitters. Refunds will not be issued until the item has been restocked.  Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for Guardian Outfitters to process your refund and issue you a credit.  Please include your order number in any correspondence. 

You will be responsible for all shipping charges for all refunds.  You will need to email info@guardianoutfitters.com for a return label.  Guardian Outfitters apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you use the return label that is emailed to you, that shipping cost will be deducted from the original refund amount.

If Guardian Outfitters determines the return is invalid, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

If you received an item in error, Guardian Outfitters will pay for all shipping and handling costs in the return of that item.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

EMAIL INFO@GUARDIANOUTFITTESR.COM FOR A RETURN LABEL.  THE RETURN LABEL WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL.

EXCHANGES:  Guardian Outfitters will be happy to exchange any item for the same item. Exchanges are primarily for wrong sizes or defected craftsmanship.  Guardian Outfitters will pay for the shipping only once per order.  There will be no restocking or processing fee for exchanges.  Granting exchanges will be at the sole discretion of Guardian Outfitters. If the exchange is not granted, the item will be sent back to you at your cost.

NOTE: Make a copy of your invoice/receipt for your records.

TO DO: For all returns and exchanges, follow the following steps:

  1. Complete the return form that was enclosed with your shipment.
  2. Place the return form, original receipt, and the item in a package.
  3. Securely seal package with packing tape.
  4. EMAIL INFO@GUARDIANOUTFITTERS FOR A RETURN LABEL.  WHEN RETURN LABEL IS EMAILED TO YOU, AFFIX SAID LABEL TO THE PACKAGE.
  5. Take the package to a United States Post Office for delivery.

 

GUARDIAN OUTFITTERS CANNOT ACCEPT COD’S OR PACKAGES MARKED “BILL RECIPIENT”.  GUARDIAN OUTFITTERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.  IF A RETURN PACKAGE IS LOST, NEITHER A REFUND NOR AN EXCHANGE WILL BE GRANTED.
